Running (down?) the colours
The Afghanistan flags were out in full force – as scarves, belts and turbans, among other things! – but mostly just held up, draped over the edge of the railing or waved frantically. The Afghanistan fans weren’t allowed to sit in the lower tier of seats, so they got as close to the action as they could. ICC World T20 Qualifiers, Afghanistan v. U.S.A. at the Dubai Cricket Stadium.

Midnight Blues
Late at night on the Dubai creek. I was shooting from a small jetty actually underneath the Maktoum Bridge – wished I had a tripod since each time a particularly large car went over the whole thing would shake. Not much, but noticeably. Enough to be a serious nuisance in such low light conditions.
